GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds for the change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size. We understand you cannot try garments or footwear on before purchasing online and therefore will provide an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months) on full priced items only should they meet the below requirements:
- Items including garments and footwear must be returned via registered post to Est.90 Shop 135 Narellan Town Centre, 326 Camden Valley Way, Narellan NSW 2567 within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused and with all est.90 and designer tags attached. Garments received soiled or with makeup marks will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the customer.
- Due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings and swimwear are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange.
- Items purchased through Afterpay are not able to be exchanged in store. All items and their exchange will only be accepted via our online store.
- All pre-order and custom orders from a third party designer are final sale. We will not provide or facilitate an exchange, credit note or refund on these items or transactions.
- Footwear must be returned in the original and undamaged box with all original packaging. est.90 will not accept returns without boxes or with marked and scratched soles.
Any item/s purchased at a promotional or sale price is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.
Before returning an item/s you must email email@example.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number. Once you have received the RA number please return your item with the enclosed returns card via registered post to:

All jewellery comes with a six month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our suppliers to be faulty. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery and therefore is not covered by warranty.
Any repairs requested after the offered six months warranty period will incur a fee from our suppliers. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
We aim to provide our customer with products of the highest standard and quality. Where items fail to be of acceptable quality, est.90 will assess the item accordingly and determine repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. est.90 classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.
If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and provide photo evidence showing the defect/fault. In the rare event your item has a make-up stain on it, est.90 will credit you the dry cleaning bill. As the garments are linked to the physical store, this may happen from time to time. A refund will not be issued.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanged or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: If you damage a garment (eg after wearing it a button falls off or the breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange or credit.
The item(s) must meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA#. Please fill out the EST. 90 Returns Form (sent with your original order) and email email@example.com

- All returns must be sent via registered post so that the return parcel is signed for on arrival to EST. 90. The return address does not have a ‘Drop Off’ option. Send the completed returns form with your return item(s) to:

Returned items must be received by EST. 90 at the address above within 5 business days of EST. 90 issuing the RA#.
Return shipping must be sent back to EST. 90 the within 7 days of receipt.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
EST. 90 takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered post as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by EST.90.
PICK UP FROM OUR NARELLAN BOUTIQUE
If you find yourself close to our store, pick up your order from our Narellan Town Centre boutique. Orders placed between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday will be available for collection same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be available for collection the next business day. As soon as your order is ready for collection, a confirmation email detailing your item has been shipped will be sent. We apologise if this causes confusion. Please be assured that this means your item/s is ready to be picked up from our Narellan boutique. All orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

Purchases made from the online warehouse are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.
